Now Gardinia are able to offer Conservatory Upgrades again I thought it would be a great time to feature some of the past upgrades Gardinia has undertaken to Conservatories, resulting in some very good looking Garden Rooms that are usable all year round.

Mr Browns Garden Room at Clayton West:

One of my favourites is the upgrade for Mr Brown over at Clayton West. The base of the existing Conservatory was built up quite high, offering a great view over Mr Browns garden. This base was perfectly fine to build a new Garden Room on, so was kept in place.

New frames and a cavity tray were also installed before the solid Garden Room roof, complete with a Velux window. The end result a fantastic addition to Mr Browns home. A large room that is comfortable to use all year round, with the benefit of lots of natural light though the energy efficient Upvc Windows.

After – Mr Browns New Garden Room, viewed from his garden.

Garden Room Conversion For Mr & Mrs Wilkinson of Fenay Bridge

Mr & Mrs Wilkinson had an old Conservatory that was far too hot when the sun shined and much too cold in winter weather. This was due to both the heat escaping though the old Polycarbonate roof and glass side panels.

After researching Gardinia’s Enviro~Gard Garden Roof Systems it was decided their existing conservatory would be upgraded to a Garden Room with our new Enviro~Gard Garden Roof system, complete with new energy performing glass to the side panels and door. Overall a fantastic looking end result that is cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Double Conservatory To Garden Room Conversion

Ms Thomas came to Gardinia with a quite unique project, two conservatories on the back of her home which she desired to convert in to Garden Rooms. Converting a conservatory to a Garden Room is done by replacing the roof with our Enviro~Gard Garden Room Roof, essentially creating a Garden Room.

The Conservatory to the left would still be a utility room, however the Conservatory to the right would become a usable Garden Room for hobbies, such as botany which Ms Thomas is very keen on. The end result was a significant upgrade and delivered the functionality Ms Thomas desired.

After – The new Garden Room
