Will new windows get rid of my condensation?
No, No, No, if you suffer from condensation you should seek out the source of the issue and attempt to reduce the levels of moisture in the atmosphere. Such as kettles which boil on for longer than they should, excess cooking with boiling water, or drying towels over the radiator without ventilating the property. Fish tanks give off condensation as do Calor gas heaters. Faulty or blocked extractor fans. Not closing the door or venting the room after a shower, will allow the moisture in the atmosphere to migrate throughout the property and it will inevitably settle on the coldest point it can find, which is usually a north facing part of the home or on the same elevation window glass. One thing which will help, would be to increase the temperature of the home slightly.

Can I fit Secondary Glazing to my windows to help reduce noise?
Yes, Secondary Glazing is recommended for noise reduction as well as heat conservation and can be installed with the minimum of fuss and minimal decoration required. At a fraction of the price of new window frames.
