Gardinia’s Flexi~Gard Roof system was the ideal upgrade for a Garage with a leaking roof in Sowood, Halifax.
After being approached by an existing customer who had a badly leaking garage / garden store roof, our team designed a replacement roof, using Gardinia’s Flexi~Gard Roof system to detail to deal with the situation.
Our customer was happy so we were then asked to carry out the work in Sowood in Halifax, after our quotation was accepted.
An aluminium box gutter was installed to remove the water from the roof. In addition the job included the installation of new 4” x 2” roof joists, covered with screw fixed 18-mm OSB boarding and finished with the weather proofing protection of our Flexi Gard Roof System product, which has a final coat of Ultra Violet reflecting coating to protect the roof against the sun’s rays.
All in all a great garage upgrade i’m sure you will agree!
