Today construction of a new Garden Room has begun in our show room, over the next couple of days we aim to document the build process of our new Garden Room with the Gardinia Enviro~Gard roof system.
Background of the Garden Room:
Many home owners are increasingly frustrated with the high costs and often the inconvenient process of building an extension, this is where the introduction of garden rooms is seen as a welcome development.
The construction time of a Garden Room is significantly less compared to building an extension, additionally the Garden Room looks are more in keeping with the existing fabric of a house, from both an externally tiled appearance to the typical internal plaster finish. Typical conservatory bases, windows and doors can be harnessed in the design on to which a pre-fabricated tiled roof is installed.
The end result is a very a comfortable Garden Room environment which can be used all year round due to its superior insulation and sound absorbing qualities.
