This week we have received an excellent feedback letter in the post from our customer Mrs Hinchliffe. Gardinia recently installed some new Windows and Doors installed at her home in Holmfirth. In the digital age we live in a physical thank you letter is a rarity these days, so is always nice to receive.
The letter addressed to our general manager Allan (no relation) reads as follows:
Dear Allan,
I’ve felt the need to write to you & your team. I’m absolutely delighted with my new windows & doors, which we’re installed last week. They are of exceptional quality.
However, I want to acknowledge Simon & Richard for their professional & exemplary workmanship. They worked so hard & limited the mess of my replacements.
