Gardinia Windows are delighted to have been commissioned to install our Evolution Storm 2 Timber Alternative Windows into a new build hamlet of six exclusively refined houses at Victoria Gates, Holmfirth. The properties in this exclusive little hamlet range from £900,000 to £1,500,000.
Victoria Gates is been marketed by Yorkshires Finest as “the the most prestigious new build development in the region“. All the properties at Victoria gates will be constructed in natural stone, complemented by Gardinia’s stunning A+ Storm 2 Timber Alternative Window system. This is a PVCU product which is designed to emulate the aesthetics of a timber window, however with all the benefits of PVCU. Essentially where tradition meets technology.
The Storm 2 window frames are PVCU, however do not have the Upvc look about them. The joints on the corners of the frames are square like a traditional wooden window and not at a forty-five-degree angle like standard Upvc windows. To the naked eye Gardinia’s Storm 2 Windows look just like wooden windows, however will perform all year round when exposed to the variable weather of the Yorkshire region.
To quote the developer, Gardinia’s Evolution Storm 2 product was “chosen for the quality not the price“. Progress is now well under way on the first couple of plots at Victoria Gates.

Building work is now progressing fast, I can’t wait to see our Storm 2 windows installed in Plot 3 – Bank View!
Plot 4 -Victoria Lodge building work has now started within phase one of the development. Plot 4 will carry our mechanically jointed vertical sliding sash windows to add a desired sense of originality to the build.
