Dear Mr. Foster,
Last week, Tom and Ben replaced a door and all the windows at my home.
I am so delighted with the way the work was undertaken and the quality of the finish that I decided to write to you.
I understand that Ben is in the early days of training, so it is Tom who primarily merits the following comments.
The professionalism, courtesy and hard-working attitude were apparent from the minute Tom and Ben arrived, and that didn’t change throughout their four days in my house.
They were gentlemanly and considerate and I felt very comfortable with their presence in my home. They respected my privacy and planned the work to ensure that I remained as comfortable as possible.
The quality of the finish is excellent – all of my decor is matt white paint and I am amazed to say that no repairs are required, despite some very heavy banging and thudding being necessary to get the old windows out!
I could frequently hear Tom training Ben throughout the work, teaching technique and ensuring high quality and attention to detail.
This approach to work cannot be taught – it is down to a person’s individual values and integrity.
By working in the way that he does, Tom is delivering not only an excellent service to customers, he is creating value for Gardinia through people like me talking about the experience and recommending Gardinia to others.
