As you know Gardinia Windows takes its Health & Safety obligations seriously, once more we sent a number of our team to attend the current Health & Safety training day held by our expert providers E.P. Risk Consultants on Friday 20th November 2020, at their training school on Northumberland Street Huddersfield.
This time we have had to factor into the training day the issue of remaining Covid secure compliant and have therefore had to reduce the teams into safe working bubbles of six, to ensure we comply to the regulations.
This has not prevented the team from having an enjoyable and educational day, carried out by Mick Brennan of E.P Risk. Mick was able to take the team through the rigours of working safely at heights, ladder safety awareness training, harness awareness and also manual handling safety training.
Our team were able to discuss actual good working procedures and also what to do on site to protect themselves, in addition ensure that our customers are also protected whilst we are working on their properties.
