Over the years Gardinia has become active on various popular social networks, each potentially providing their own benefits for customers. In this blog I will explain a little about each social network and why it might be beneficial for you to checkout our page on that network.
Facebook – We find Facebook is great for interacting with our customers and sharing blog posts of our projects online. In addition customers can write reviews about their experiences with Gardinia, which helps us showcase what the company is about, hopefully giving potential new customers the confidence to choose us for their next home improvement project. Be sure to like us on Facebook to be notified when we publish a new blog post. You might also occasionally find some 360 photos, Facebook is one of the few social networks that currently supports 360 degree photos.
Instagram – Instagram is a social network designed for sharing photos, generally you will find creative photos taken by people out and about using a mobile phone, these photos can be tagged which a hashtag, such as #huddersfield. Anyone then following that hashtag will be able to view public photos tagged with that hashtag, the most recent been displayed at the top. This makes it possible to follow a certain event live, or look at photos of a certain type of product, such as #doors.
Pinterest – We like Pinterest as boards can be created which you can “pin” different photos to. For example we have a Cottage Style Windows board on our Pinterest where we have pinned all our favourite Cottage Style Window photos from our image archives. Other Pinterest users can browse though peoples boards and also pin these images to their own boards, allowing them to gain more exposure. We think this is a great way to feature some fantastic projects, in turn allowing anyone world wide to create a catalogue of ideas to help inspire their next home improvement project.
Twitter – Twitter is great for short interactions with other companies in the industry, along with other local businesses and ever our customers who are also on Twitter. We also post our all blog posts to Twitter, so you can keep up to date with these each week, in addition to photos of projects we are most proud of. Twitter keeps things short and to the point by limiting you to 280 characters per tweet, you can also follow hashtags like Instagram, however you will see both text and image based posts.
YouTube – On our YouTube channel we have a Gardinia Windows Promotional Video filmed by Virgin Media, along with videos from product manufacturers. We do also produce a lot of YouTube videos for our Spares4Repairs website, which are featured on a separate Spares 4 Repairs YouTube channel, hopefully enabling customers world wide to repair their old windows and doors.
In short if your a potential customer we’d encourage you to check out our Facebook reviews and latest updates on there. If your looking for Inspiration then our Instagram and Pinterest would be a great starting point, you can get a good idea about what is possible with our broad product range.
Of course I would encourage you request a free no obligation consultation, our sales consultants have years of experience and have designed many stunning, bespoke jobs.
