Ms Greetham in Highburton contacted Gardinia with the view of upgrading her old Conservatory that had seen better days. An extension was considered, however it was decided the old Conservatory would be converted in to a Garden Room. This usually allows the current base and building work to remain, so the the roof and frames can be easily upgraded.
Often a Conservatory upgrade to a Garden Room is a popular choice as the installation cycle is much shorter than the weeks or even months of a typical home extension, minimising disruptions to home life. This was the case for Ms Greetham allowing the work to progress much quicker as no building works were required for this project.
Looking at the before and after photos we can see just how much Ms Greethams home in Highburton has been transformed.
Below is Ms Greetham’s home before any work had been undertaken, including the original windows which Gardinia had also replaced before work commenced on the Garden Room:

In addition before work had commenced on the Garden Room upgrade Gardinia had also replaced all the windows. What is special about these windows is their cream foiled, with the mullions fitted using a timber jointed system instead of the more standard v-weld, to improve the ascetics.
I think you will agree the end result looks fantastic, with the Garden Room complementing Mrs Greethams home really nicely:
