Mr & Mrs Grinham of Lascelles Hall, visited our showroom to view the range of doors on display. They were finding difficulty in deciding upon which of our products to choose for their home.
Company chairman Michael Foster had signed off on a new range of doors for Gardinia’s portfolio, however the products had not been installed into the showroom at that time. This new product range was to be a Solid Engineered Timber Door and Window system.
This proved to be of interest to Mr & Mrs Grinham when they saw an offcut of the timber, to the point where they both agreed to meet Michael and Adrian, our sales consultant, at the manufacturer’s factory over in Castleford. The visit impressed Mr & Mrs Grinham so much that it resulted in a firm order being placed. Despite the slightly extended delivery date to manufacture the door, we arranged the installation for Tuesday the 7th of August.
On the first installation of the new engineered product, Michael joined Glenn Collier our surveyor / installer, to assist in fitting the door.
The careful installation of the door went smooth and Glenn finished the work to his high standard, as can be seen from the photos, the door and side lights are a stunning job.
Gardinia took the time to colour match the door to the existing staircase timbers, to satisfy Mr & Mrs Grinham’s request to produce a bespoke product to meet their needs.
Both Mr & Mrs Grinham were very satisfied with the completed work and commented on how beautiful the door is.
The new range of Engineered Timber products are now on display in our showroom for our prospective customers to view.
