Mr & Mrs Mellor contacted Gardinia with the desire to upgrade their conservatory from one with an old Polycarbonate roof to one with a modern, tiled, solid Conservatory roof.
Our Enviro~Gard Garden Room Roof System was perfect for this project, the end result would essentially transform the existing Conservatory in to a Garden Room.
Why a Garden Room with an Enviro~Gard Roof?
A Garden Room with Gardinia’s Enviro~Gard Roof can create very a comfortable, usable environment due to its superior insulation and sound absorbing qualities. The room will be more cost effective to heat in the winter than a traditional conservatory, then in the summer a Garden Room reduces the level of heat build-up associated with polycarbonate and glass roofs.
We kept the existing frames, however replaced all the glass with our Climat~Gard XL Double Glazing to ensure everything was an energy efficient as possible.
